When registering as a jobseeker on our websites, we collect personal data in order to provide you with a number of recruitment services available on the sites.

This mandatory personal data includes: name, email address, date of birth and address. There are other personal data fields that you can choose to fill in including: telephone number. As you are looking for a job, you can also choose to provide the following information about yourself: highest education level, current/last employment level, experience level, skills summary, notice period, position looking for, job type, skills, preferred remuneration. If you decide to upload a CV/Resume this can be included for the duration of your registration.

What we do with your personal data?
By registering on our websites, it is understood that as a job seeker you are actively wanting to find a new job, so you are registered with the prime reason of being contacted by direct clients or agencies and also to streamline the application process of jobs you see fit to apply for on the site.

As a jobseeker you can control your preferences in your account, so you can choose who sees your CV/Resume. You can choose to have this private, available for direct clients and/or recruiters.

We use the personal data to provide you with jobseeker services, to manage your account, email you about new jobs, email you about news and information. Again, you are in control of this communication in your account and can choose the level of communication you desire by opting in to each option.

Marketing
If you choose to opt in to third party marketing, then we will occasionally email you with product and service news, information or offers from our trusted partners. You can update these settings at any time in your account and you can also amend the preferences to stop us contacting you altogether.

Data sharing and transfers
We have partnerships with various third-party suppliers of products and services. We do not sell or provide your details to these partners but if you choose to click through to their sites and submit your information to them, it will be at that point whether you decide if they have your personal details or not.
